General Conditions
- The item must be purchased from Jescor.
- It must be in its original condition, free from physical damage (excluding shipping damage).
- All original accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and packaging must be included.
- The UPC and serial number must remain intact on both the product and retail packaging.
- A valid reason must be provided with your return request.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
- Once approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued with instructions.
Return Processing
- Return or replacement requests are processed within 2-5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Damaged shipments must be reported within 15 calendar days of delivery.
- If the item was sold with free shipping, the full sale amount will be refunded.
- Returns with missing components will not be processed until all parts are received.
Return Shipping
- For items over 50 lbs, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- Replacements are shipped at our expense.
- Items must be packaged securely with sufficient protection to avoid damage in transit.
- Jescor is not liable for damage or loss due to inadequate packaging.
- Damaged returns may be rejected or incur a restocking fee, at our discretion.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued once the item is received, inspected, and accepted in like-new condition.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Restocking Fees & Return Shipping Labels
- No restocking fees apply to eligible returns.
- Free return shipping labels are provided if the return is initiated within the return policy period and meets any of the following conditions:
- The item weighs under 50 lbs
- The item is damaged or defective
- The wrong product was sent
- The product does not match its description or images on our website

- Item(s) to return
- Reason for return

Wait for Approval
Our team will review and respond within 24–48 business hours.
Receive Instructions
If approved, we’ll email you:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Step-by-step return instructions
- A shipping label, if applicable
Package the Item
- Use original or equivalent packaging
- Include all original components and documents
- Remove or cover previous labels
Ship the Item
Send the return using the provided label or your own carrier, following the instructions closely.
